All Sales Final

Due to the limited and curated nature of our drops, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@chekichekibeauty.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will review each case and work to make it right.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.

Golden Ticket Terms

Golden Ticket prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. Winners must respond within 14 days of being notified. CHEKI CHEKI reserves the right to redraw if a winner cannot be contacted.
